A Managed ISA Desk for Real Estate Agents

Elite Reach Solutions runs a fully managed inside-sales-agent (ISA) desk for real estate agents and teams: calling expireds, FSBOs and your sphere, answering new leads in minutes, following up for the long haul, and booking listing appointments on your calendar. We also run the CRM behind it. Callers are hired in Egypt and work U.S. hours; the company is based in New Jersey. Month to month, live in about 72 hours.

What is a real estate ISA?

An inside sales agent (ISA) is the person on a real estate team whose whole job is the phone. The agent lists, shows, negotiates and closes; the ISA makes sure there is somebody to do that with. They call new leads within minutes, work expireds, FSBOs and the agent’s sphere, keep months-long follow-up going, and turn conversations into appointments on the agent’s calendar.

The role exists because the two jobs pull against each other. An agent in a listing appointment cannot also answer a Zillow lead that arrived five minutes ago, and a lead called back the next day has usually already spoken to someone else. Licensing rules for ISAs vary by state: the ISA sets the appointment, and the licensed agent handles everything that needs a license.

What the ISA desk does for you

Expireds, FSBOs and circle prospecting. The outbound that fills a listing pipeline, worked daily so it never lapses.
Sphere and past-client calls. The follow-up agents know they should do and never have time for.
Speed to lead. New portal or website leads called in minutes, not hours, so they are still warm.
Long-term follow-up. The months-long nurture that turns “just looking” into a signed listing.
Booked to your calendar. Qualified listing and buyer appointments, with the notes, handed to you.

We run your CRM, too

This is what sets us apart from a plain calling service: we work inside the tools you already use. Our team builds and runs your Lofty (formerly Chime) and Follow Up Boss setup, with smart plans and action plans, lead routing, drip and text campaigns, stage automation and reporting, so calling and follow-up actually happen in your CRM instead of falling through it. Most cold-calling shops never touch the CRM; running it is the point of our Smart Growth Plans for agents.

In-house ISA or an outsourced desk?

Hiring your own ISA

You recruit, train and manage them, pay a U.S. wage plus payroll tax and a dialer, and when they leave, the follow-up stops until you hire again. It suits a large team with a sales manager who has time to run the role.

A managed ISA desk

Trained callers, a team lead, call review and coverage come as one service, live in about 72 hours, month to month. You set the criteria and get the appointments. The full cost comparison is on our in-house vs outsourced page.

Getting results from an ISA

Define a qualified appointment in writing. Timeline, motivation, price expectation and decision makers. If the ISA and the agent disagree on what counts, every handoff becomes an argument.
Make speed to lead a rule, not a goal. New portal and website leads get a call within minutes, every time, including evenings.
Run it inside your CRM. Every call, note and stage change lands in Lofty or Follow Up Boss, so nothing lives in a spreadsheet and nothing is lost when someone is out.
Close the loop on every appointment. The agent marks what happened, so the ISA learns which conversations turn into listings and which do not.
Review recorded calls weekly. Ten minutes of listening fixes more than any script change. You can hear real calls from our team before you start.

Why our callers

Our callers are hired in Egypt and screened for clear, neutral English, so a U.S. seller or lead hears a professional on the phone. Egypt runs 6 to 7 hours ahead of U.S. Eastern, so a shift covers the whole U.S. business day into the evening, when people are home, and every call is dialed in the contact’s own time zone between 8am and 8pm. A managed team overseas also costs a fraction of a U.S. ISA, so the same budget buys more calling and more follow-up.

Real estate ISA questions

What does a real estate ISA do?

An inside sales agent handles the phone work that wins listings: calling expireds, FSBOs and your sphere, answering new leads fast, following up over time, and booking qualified appointments so you spend your time in front of clients, not on the dialer.

Does a real estate ISA need a license?

It depends on the state. In general an ISA can call, qualify and book appointments, while anything that needs a license, such as discussing terms or giving pricing advice, stays with the licensed agent. Check your state’s rules and your brokerage policy.

Do you call expired listings and FSBOs?

Yes: expireds, FSBOs, circle prospecting around a new listing or sale, and your own database. We work the lists and criteria you set, in your market, during U.S. hours.

Do you work in Lofty and Follow Up Boss?

Yes. Beyond calling, we set up and run your Lofty (Chime) or Follow Up Boss, with smart plans, automations, drips and reporting, so the follow-up runs itself. It is the CRM layer that most calling services leave to you.
